Solid program.

My physiotherapist approved of the exercises and the instructions feeling they were safe and focused on safety. I also like the yoga component.

Ripped off- free version better than paid

Good app but the free version is better than the paid version. Piaf version has no banner ads but the free version has a whole section on stretching with various stretches buy the paid version only has 1 page with 1 picture. If they included that portion in the paid then itll be worth my $0.99, right now, its only worth $0.50!

I love that this app has the DONT section which shows you things to not do while doing the exercise! I love this because it helps you preform the exercise better and helps reduce injury. I got the Pro version onsale(for free) but I believe the free version is the same as this one so check out the free version first:)

Not worth it

Its easy to use, but there is almost nothing more than what you would get from the light version, its not worth it

Poor form

Many of the photos show people in the incorrect pose or using poor form. Including a "dont" photo is a great idea. But many of the do photos also show bad form. The list of exercises is far from comprehensive. The navigation is clunky The fonts and design need work. Its just an ugly app.

Pointless Log

I like this app for its vast list of various workouts. However, its promise of a logging feature poorly under-delivers. I want to be able to select an exercise, click "log", and have the option to select the date, the number of sets, the number of reps and allow for a notation box to add special notes. I cant even figure out how to choose the date, not to mention the other obvious features that a log should have. Please revamp this and you will have a 5-star app

I tried this app and gained a ton of muscle in a very short amount of time.but I wish that I could see videos on how you do the workouts five stars thought this app should cost about 5 dollars.

Good job with the app. How about a separate travel workout that includes a workout with dumbbells? Almost every hotel gym has up to 50lb dumbbells. A workout setup with this would make this a 5 for me. Yes, I know I can search through to find the dumbbell events but it would be nice if it was in one travel workout.

Great reference

This app comes in handy at the gym. Love the step by step instructions and accompanying pics. I also like the "DONT" section to ensure exercises are done correctly.

Not that good

If you want a fitness app thats going to do the job I suggest getting the ifitness. I own both and believe me ifitness is in a completely higher level. This app is for chicks.

Great app

This app provides a good way for weight training beginners to learn excercises and how to do them right. With detailed instructions and anatomical drawings of the targeted muscles this app is a must have for beginners
