I got this app when it was free. Its good but I dont think Id spend the buck theyre asking for.
A well set platform that is very stable. However there is nowhere near enough exercises to choose from.

This is an extremely useful app that far surpasses any out there (including the mens health one). Very useful while at the gym to be able to vary the muscle groups that you are working out, especially if you are just starting out. Highly recommend it!!!

This app could not be much better I agree with some other reviews asking for a diet plan, but this is the best app Ive seen, its extremely thorough and detailed BUY THIS APP - YOU WONT REGRET IT

Great free app! I use a personal trainer but when Im at the gym by myself, I pull up this app to refresh my memory on the exercises I should be doing. I also like that the app shows exercises with a ball, weights, and floor!
The app is a decent library for various exercises. As a beginner, the app provides details for exercises of dos, donts, and how to challenge yourself further. The app provides 2 pictures to illustrate the workout rather than a video. I prefer this method since I dont always have access to wifi.
I used to weight 220 pounds after 2 and a half months with this app now weight 144 pounds if u guys make anoter app like this I will buy it THANKS!!!!!!

Worth twice the price! I do wish you could swap out excercises with alternates in some of the routines (depending on available equipment, etc).
