Thorough and yet ironically deficient.
Despite the name, this app is not just about abs. It has a great deal of potential, but a quirky interface.
It has 8 composed workout routines, with a large library of exercises (with photos and dos & donts, and diagrams of muscles worked), and a log function for each exercise.
The log function is where the app falls down. First, getting to the log function is not obvious, and second, each exercise is logged independently, with no option for seeing an overview of your workouts. It would also be helpful if you could include an intensity rating for each exercise in the log.
I would also like to be able to compose my own workout routines, beyond the mere marking of Favorites (marked by a large letter F, rather than the star or heart common to many other programs).
This app is good for getting ideas for your workout, but you will probably want to use something else to log your progress.
