Good form guide, but dont buy as a workout log.
The app does have nice photos and good information, decent navigation, but I now have to purchase something else because the "log" feature is extremely clunky.
I purchased this app hoping to track muscle groups targeted, exercises done with sets and weight each day.
This app requires the user to go into the individual exercise to see the log for that specific exercise.... How about a summary showing the full workout done each day, so I can quickly decide what to target the following day?
Theres also apparently no way to log minutes/intensity of cardio or load previous workouts Ive been tracking on paper up to this point.
Writers should fix the "log" feature or stop advertising it as such.
